Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KuruLabs processes information when you use Fpsly: Game Monitor ("Fpsly"). It applies to the Android app and this website.

Information processed

On your device only

Fpsly reads device statistics (CPU, RAM, storage, battery level, temperature and display refresh rate), the list of launchable apps on your device (to build your game library), and your play-session history (session times, battery and temperature changes). All of this is processed and stored only on your device. Fpsly does not upload it, does not operate a server that stores it, and uses no analytics SDK. Uninstalling the app removes it.

Advertising

The free version shows banner ads using Google AdMob. Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure, limit and protect ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized in accordance with Google's policies. Premium users see no ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads. See how Google uses advertising data.

Purchases

Google Play processes purchases. Fpsly receives only the purchase status, product and entitlement information needed to provide Premium access. Fpsly does not receive your payment-card details.

Optional device access

• Apps on the device: Fpsly reads apps visible to Android so you can build a game library. This list is processed on the device and is not uploaded.
• Do Not Disturb: an optional permission used only if you enable Do Not Disturb in Game Mode. You can disable it in Android settings.
• Device statistics: CPU, RAM, battery/temperature and display readings are used to show information in the app and are processed on the device.

This website

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, loads no third-party resources and sends nothing anywhere. Fonts are self-hosted on our domain. The live readings shown on the homepage (refresh rate, CPU threads, memory class, connection type, battery, display) are measured by standard browser APIs, displayed on the page only, and are never stored or transmitted.

Why information is used

• Provide app features, subscriptions and requested support.
• Display and measure ads in the free version where permitted, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Fpsly uses Google Play services, Google Play Billing and Google AdMob. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies (AdMob, Google Payments). We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with these service providers, when you direct us to, or when required for security or law.

Retention, security and international transfers

On-device data remains until you clear app data or uninstall. Advertising and billing records held by Google are retained under Google's own policies. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than yours with appropriate legal safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Optional permissions can be denied or revoked in Android settings without preventing basic device-statistics and game-library features. You may clear app data, uninstall Fpsly, reset or delete your advertising ID, remove ads by upgrading to Premium, and contact us regarding your rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA) or KVKK (Türkiye). Children

Fpsly is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in their country), and KuruLabs does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, law or provider practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
